Consistent medical treatment will help you as a caregiver because dementia can cause your loved one to display many physical and mental changes that are difficult to manage. The medical piece is one part of the puzzle in taking care of a loved with memory loss. Finding a caregiver support program is another piece that can be helpful. Together, these pieces can help keep the puzzle together and relieve caregiver strain.
