MCHS’s Collaborative Research Recognized in The Gerontologist

The occupational therapy (OT) program at Memory Care Home Solutions is highlighted in a newly published article in the prestigious journal, The Gerontologist. Our OT program is based on a research-proven method called COPE. We found that the COPE approach is very effective at improving the health of people living with dementia and also improving the well-being of family caregivers – and this program is effective when delivered in people’s homes and when delivered by telehealth.
