The Baron Legacy
Our Founder, Lisa Baron, saw firsthand her family’s struggles in finding the right resources to support her mother-in-law, Betty, following an Alzheimer’s diagnosis in 1996. Memory Care Home Solutions (MCHS) was born from her personal journey, incredible heart for others, and ambition to help every family in need. Lisa followed this dream to create an accessible standard of dementia care for all until she retired from MCHS in 2023. In retirement, she continues to advocate at state and national levels on behalf of people living with dementia and family care partners. We are enormously proud to continue this critical work through the Baron Family Society, which serves as a lasting tribute to Lisa and her family. Society members remind us that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. At MCHS, these annual contributions enable us to continue providing evidence-based direct service to families today and advocate for our services to become the national standard of dementia care. Thank you to the Baron family for allowing us to share their story so that we may provide hope and resources to families for many years to come.
